• We personally manage and oversee each assignment, working directly with our notaries to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and a smooth experience for all parties involved.

• Our services are flexible by design. We handle as much or as little of the scheduling, document handling, and communication as our clients prefer — adapting to their workflow rather than forcing them into ours.

• All mobile and remote online notaries in our network maintain current background checks, active Errors & Omissions insurance, and the qualifications required to handle real estate, estate planning, and general notary assignments.

• Clients may place orders and securely upload documents online, or we are happy to enter orders on their behalf. From domestic mobile signings to international Remote Online Notarizations (RON), we make the process straightforward and reliable.

• We understand that today’s market often requires short-notice and time-sensitive signings. Notary Relief is built to respond quickly, professionally, and with careful attention to detail — even when timelines are tight.
